Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Certuma Link is operated by FLORA FERTILIDAD ARG S.A.S., CUIT 30-71896126-9, with legal notice address at Av. del Libertador 8142, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data and sensitive health data when clinicians, patients, and authorized staff use Certuma Link. We do not sell personal data.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller and platform operator is FLORA FERTILIDAD ARG S.A.S.. Privacy requests may be sent to hola@fastdoctor.com. Where a clinician uses Certuma Link for their own practice, that clinician remains responsible for their professional obligations and for deciding how patient care is provided.

2. Data we collect

We collect account and profile data, such as names, emails, phone numbers, practice information, credentials, billing details, and security settings. We collect patient intake, messages, attachments, care context, clinician replies, AI-assisted drafts, review decisions, payment records, support requests, audit events, and device or network metadata. Health information, patient messages, files, and care context may be sensitive personal data under Argentine Law 25.326 and similar privacy laws.

3. How we use data

We use data to operate secure clinician and patient workflows, collect patient context, prepare AI-assisted drafts for clinician review, deliver messages, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. AI assistance is used to structure information and draft content for review. Clinical decisions and patient-visible clinical replies remain under clinician control.

4. Doctors, processors, and transfers

Patient data may be shared with the clinician responsible for the case, authorized support or operations staff when needed, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, email providers, analytics and monitoring providers, AI service providers when enabled, backup providers, and other service providers needed to run Certuma Link. Current processor categories include payment processors, cloud hosting and storage providers, email delivery providers, AI service providers when enabled, analytics, monitoring, and security providers, backup and operations providers. Some providers may process or store data outside Argentina. We use contractual, access-control, and security measures intended to protect confidentiality.

5. Analytics, cookies, and monitoring

We use cookies, local storage, logs, and similar technologies for authentication, security, session continuity, fraud prevention, preferences, analytics, error monitoring, and service improvement. Depending on the deployment, this may include product analytics, error monitoring, security and anti-abuse tooling, advertising or conversion pixels when enabled. We do not use these tools to sell health data or to let third parties make independent clinical decisions.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards such as encrypted transport, restricted access, audit logging, role-based permissions, secure token handling, backup procedures, and incident response processes. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we design Certuma Link so patient data is not exposed in ordinary email notifications and access is limited to the relevant clinician, patient session, and authorized operations roles.

7. Retention

Clinical case records are retained by default for 10 years, audit and payment records for 7 to 7 years, and email delivery logs for 3 years, unless a longer or shorter period is required by law, a clinician record policy, dispute handling, backup timing, or security needs. Data deletion and export requests are reviewed before completion so medical, accounting, audit, and safety obligations are not broken accidentally.

8. Your rights

Under Argentine Law 25.326, data subjects may request access, rectification, update, and deletion of their personal data by contacting hola@fastdoctor.com. Patients may request records related to their own case, and clinicians may request export or closure of their account data. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the Argentine control authority for personal data protection.

9. Minors

Certuma Link is not designed as an independent pediatric intake product. A parent, guardian, or legally authorized representative must be involved before a minor uses the service, and the clinician remains responsible for deciding whether the workflow is appropriate for that patient.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service, providers, legal requirements, or operational practices change. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, sent by email or shown in product. Questions can be sent to hola@fastdoctor.com.
